1. General Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: Terms) apply to services provided by Fanyűvő Restaurant (hereinafter: Service Provider). By using the service, the User accepts these Terms.

2. Services

2.1. Table Reservations

Table reservations can be made through the website or by phone. Reservation confirmation is sent via email. Modification or cancellation is possible at least 24 hours before the appointment.

2.2. Restaurant Orders

Restaurant orders can be placed through the website for home delivery or takeaway. Order confirmation is sent via email. Delivery time is 45-60 minutes from order placement.

2.3. Event Planning

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are in HUF and include VAT. Payment can be made by cash, credit card, or online payment. For home delivery, the minimum order value is 3000 HUF, delivery fee is 500 HUF.

4. Right of Withdrawal

For consumer purchases, a 14-day withdrawal period applies, except for perishable food items. In case of withdrawal, the purchase price is refunded.

5. Liability

The Service Provider is responsible for the services provided but is not liable for damages resulting from incorrect data provided by the User. Allergen information is available on the menu.

6. Data Protection

Information on data processing can be found in the Privacy Policy.

8. Dispute Resolution

In case of consumer disputes, the Budapest Conciliation Board is competent:

9. Jurisdiction

Hungarian law applies to these Terms and services provided by the Service Provider. In case of legal disputes, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the court with jurisdiction over the Service Provider's registered office.

10. Modifications

The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Terms. Users will be notified of modifications through the website.
